Cancellation Policy

The Lash Xchangee charges a 20% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 50% of service NO EXCEPTIONS‼️‼️ Appointments canceled the morning of will be at risk of your deposit being forfeited ‼️If you are able to retain your deposit you will have 48 hours to reschedule and it must be within a 30 day window! We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash. No Refunds will be allowed! Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of appointment. A $20 deposit is due at the time of booking!
